Reservation policy:
Our reservation policy is designed to provide guests with a clear understanding of the booking process for our co-living, co-working spaces and rural house in Nuño Gómez, Toledo. By reserving a space with us, you're choosing an experience that combines the tranquility of nature with the convenience of modern amenities, all within a supportive and vibrant community.
Reservation Process:
Booking Platform: Reservations can be made through our official website's booking system. Please ensure your contact information is accurate to facilitate smooth communication.
Availability Check: Guests are encouraged to check the availability of accommodations and co-working spaces in real time through our online booking calendar.
Deposit & Payment:
A deposit of 25% is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival. In case of refund, Hamlets Friends SL will retain the costs incurred by the payment and other external providers for the deposit and the reservation.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or through selected online payment platforms.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and flexibility is important. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our operational needs, ensuring that "Hamlet's Friends" can continue to offer a high-quality, community-focused experience.
More than 30 days before arrival: Full deposit refund. If the reservation is cancelled, Hamlets Friends SL will only retain the costs incurred by the payment and other external providers for the deposit and the reservation.
30 days before arrival: The deposit is non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather conditions or health emergencies), special considerations for rescheduling or partial refunds may be made at our discretion.
Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Responsibilities:
Respect the peace and privacy of fellow guests.
Adhere to the sustainable practices promoted within the community.
Engage with local culture and support regional suppliers whenever possible.
Pets are welcome, provided they are well-behaved and their presence is communicated in advance. Hamlet's Friends SL accepts small and medium-sized pets (up to 20kg), i.e. dogs and cats. In order for a pet to be accommodated in our rooms, Hamlet's Friends must give its consent at the time of booking.
The pet owner is responsible for the behaviour of the pet during the stay at Hamlet's Friends and must not disturb the stay of other guests, especially during the quiet of the night, especially during the quiet of the night.
The pet owner is obliged to supervise the pet at all times.

No-Show Policy:
Guests failing to arrive without prior notification (no-show) will be charged the total amount of the reservation. Room not occupied by 20:00 hours will be seen as "No Show" unless prior arrangement has been made. In the event of a no-show, the total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
Early Departure:
In cases of early departure, guests are not eligible for refunds for the unused portion of their reservation.
Modification of Reservation:
If you need to change the dates or type of accommodation after booking, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. However, changes are subject to our current booking situation and may incur additional charges.
How to Cancel:
