Booking System (Sirvoy)

Our booking widget on the /book-now page is provided by Sirvoy, a third-party hotel reservation platform. The widget is only loaded after you grant analytics consent. When loaded, Sirvoy and its embedded third-party services may set the following cookies and store data in your browser:

• _fbp (Facebook Pixel): Conversion measurement cookie set by Meta. Duration: 3 months.
• Sirvoy session and preference cookies set by secured.sirvoy.com.
• lastExternalReferrer / lastExternalReferrerTime: Stored in browser localStorage to attribute the source of your booking.
• Sentry session identifiers used for error monitoring of the booking widget.

Sirvoy also issues network requests to Facebook (Meta), Sentry, and Google Analytics from within the booking widget. If you do not grant analytics consent, the booking widget is not loaded and none of these third-party services are contacted.

Hamlet's Friends does not directly serve advertising or use marketing cookies on this website. However, Facebook Pixel is loaded by our booking widget (Sirvoy) to measure booking conversions; this only happens after you grant analytics consent and is described above. We do not run remarketing campaigns against this data.
